1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Physical Automation, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), including voxelglass.com, voxel.glass, and voxel.physical.inc (collectively, the "Sites"), as well as our products and services, including Voxel Glass devices and related software (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Sites or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Sites or Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Sites or Services. By using our Sites or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Products and Services
We offer Voxel Glass devices and related software and services. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion.
All products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that products will be available at all times or in all locations.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our Sites, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Payment must be received before we process and ship your order. We accept payment through our authorized payment processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We will provide estimated shipping dates at the time of order. Actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Refund Policy
Important Refund Policy:
- No Refunds After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final after shipment.
- Refunds Before Shipment: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Preorders: For preorder items, you may cancel your order at any time before shipment for a full refund. Once the item ships, no refunds will be provided.

7. Warranty and Disclaimers
We provide a limited warranty for Voxel Glass devices as specified in the product documentation. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY, OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SITES OR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Sites or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content on our Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Physical Automation, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Sites without our prior written consent, except as necessary to access and use our Sites for their intended purpose.
10. User Content
If you submit, post, or share any content through our Sites or Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the license above and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
